Simon was dumped on RT 980 in Canonsburg on good friday by his owners, He is a beautiful black unneutered male cat with the most beautiful yellow eyes. He is healthy but as stated, not nuetered. His age is unknown since he was abandoned by his owners.
He is so loving, loves to snuggle, play and extremly affectionate. He really likes men, but is good with children and other animals and any one who has a friendly hand.
